How do I cancel my subscription? How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

To cancel your subscription, click "Manage Subscription" from the Saga profile menu. You will be downgraded from Premium to our free plan.

This button is located in the bottom-left of the app, labelled with your account email.

To request permanent and irreversible deletion of your account, reach out through the Contact Form on our Home Page.

Have Saga’s prices changed? What about credits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As of October 2025, Saga’s pricing has been updated. The Premium subscription remains $19.99 USD / $24.99 CAD per month, and credit pricing has also been adjusted. Credits can be purchased separately. All prices are subject to change.

Prices will go up again in Spring 2026 to $29.99 USD for Premium, with a new $149.99 Ultra-Premium Plan being added. Existing $19.99 Premium users will be "grandfathered-in" and can remain on their current price point until they cancel.

What is the difference between "CyberFilm AI" and "Saga"?

The name of our company is CYBERFILM.AI CORPORATION, and we make the Saga app. CYBERFILM® is Registered in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

"Saga" and "Cyberfilm" are each a trademark and/or registered trademark of Cyberfilm AI Corporation or its affiliates in the United States and/or various other jurisdictions.

Refunds are not offered. Try Premium free for 3 days (unlimited text/chat and up to 8 images during the trial). Premium is $19.99/month USD (or local equivalent).

Can I upload my script and work on it in Saga?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the Script page click the file upload icon to the right of the scene headings, and select Upload Script. This will retain proper screenplay formatting style.

You can upload text (.txt), Final Draft (.fdx), or Fountain (.fountain) files (used by Celtx and others).

How do I export and download all my work from Saga?

Accepted Answer

In the app, click the Saga menu (top-left) to return to the Projects homepage. Select a project → Export → choose items to download as PDF. To export your script as .txt or .fountain, open Script and use the Export button on that page.

Click the Export button and select any/all files to download (PDF). To download your script in other formats like text or Fountain (for use in Final Draft or Celtx), download from the Script page clicking the icon to the right of the style headings.

What do you mean by limited images and video?

We charge a monthly $19.99 USD subscription to Premium (which will go up to $29.99 in Summer 2026), and as part of that include a limited number of image and video generations, which refreshes again after each month of usage (approx. 40 images or 4 videos per month, with unlimited chat).

We will also offer a new Ultra Premium plan with extra video generation credits per month.

What if I find a bug or have an issue?

Please use the contact form on our Home Page to submit your bug to our support. Please be sure to describe first what you were expecting and then what you ended up with in Saga. Including the steps you took which we can retry to reproduce the issue helps our support diagnose any bugs. We can respond back by email if you ask for help with anything related to Saga.

I get an error generating an image/idea — what’s the problem?

Accepted Answer

Requests may be blocked if they violate our safety rules (e.g., sexually explicit, illegal, or hate content). We aim for content suitable for general distribution and reserve the right to decline unsafe requests. Our policies also reflect those of our API providers (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Stability AI, and others).

Saga is intended for filmmakers who want to produce and release mainstream feature films (no pornography or offensive content that wouldn't meet the MPA R-rating). We reserve the right to block the Saga app from generating unacceptable content, as do our API providers including but not limited to Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Black Forest Labs, and ElevenLabs.
